In order to ensure your satisfaction and help you receive the desired service, Patient Rights Department;

- Seeks views and opinions of all patients, who receive health services at our hospital, and their family members.
- Managers of relevant departments review all views, work to increase quality of our services in the light of your requests and start processes to solve your problems.

- We provide feedback to our patient regarding the review-based decisions and outcomes.

Patient Rights Department not only makes contributions to your satisfaction, but it also helps development of our hospitals in the light of your views and opinions. Your complaints and negative views are addressed by all our senior managers, along with the Patient Rights Department, in order to create substantial solutions.

  • You can fill out the questionnaires in the hospitals and waiting rooms in our hospitals
  • You can request face-to-face interviews with the authorities of the Patient Rights Unit or you can make phone calls.

Each opinion (complaint) transmitted to the Patient Rights Unit and Satisfaction Center is recorded and stored in the system with a special reference number. When evaluating the complaint, the patients are treated according to the principles of rights and satisfaction. It is aimed to produce the solution in accordance with the quality standards in the shortest time by making all necessary research. After the evaluation, we give feedback to our patient about the decisions taken and the results of this act.
